Humans are no different and belong to similar seeds of species. Controlling anxiety has everything to do with controlling our urges and remaining calm in every situation. Therefore, having a less triggering diet that includes pure vegetarian and less spicy meals could do wonders in controlling one’s anxiety disorder permanently without leaning towards alcohol.
